My one night in Guarulhos was luxurious. I had a good sleep in the deluxe queen room with breakfast provided. - the hotel room was brand-new and equipped with a mini-bar, work desk, and television. - the location was perfect and excellent, close to free transportation to Brazil and the international airport.

This was my really great stay for the price. Everything there was great and the staff were very nice. The location was good, 15 km to Guarulhos airport, perfectly reachable. Liked to hang out in the centre, it's not too far from the hotel.

I was given big size room with chairs in and excellent beds and WiFi. The location was favourable, not very far from a Catholic church.

We had a great time staying here with its luxurious accommodations and enjoyed a delicious dinner at the on-site restaurant, and appreciated the amenities provided like the safe box, TV, and mini fridge bar.

Impressive design, convenient location, good value for the price, nice restaurant. And free wireless internet. Great for a short stay between flights.

The only problem is the city of Guarulhos - a festering sore on the backside of Sâo Paulo.

Well-equipped and well-appointed rooms with a mini fridge bar, an air conditioning, and a personal safe, etc. Very comfortable restaurant for dinner. Really had good stay for the price.

The location is perfect, very close to free transport to and from the airport. the staff is very attentive. - the breakfasts are marvelous, with a variety of fruit and free wifi provided.

The staff were fabulously helpful and professional, giving us great tips. the hotel is conveniently located just off a nearby restaurant and close to the highway and airport. - the distance to a modest indoor shopping mall was just 1 km.

Yes we used the company credit card which was emailed and faxed several times and still they gave us a hard time when trying to check out. This card was also used on the Bookings.com website.

Close proximity to the airport, good food and staff

Airport pick up was only every 2 hours in the afternoon, we arrived at 3.10pm at the airport and had to wait until 5pm for the next pick up.. Almost 2 hours !! I called the hotel twice and first they hung up on me as they couldnt speak english, 2nd call they said wait till 5pm

The hotel's location, just off the airport, is very convenient. the breakfast included in the price was nice. - Free transportation to and from the airport was provided. - It's a short walk, around 10-15 minutes, to a Catholic church.

The room was comfortable and clean. Check-in and -out staff spoke limited but adequate English. The shuttle bus driver was friendly, and sang as he drove me to the airport at 5am! I didn't get to see any more of the hotel than my room, as I just stayed during a flight transit at GRU

Because I was leaving at 5am before the included breakfast was available at 6am, the night-clerk told me they didn't provide a snack but the mini-bar would be free. When I checked out in the morning, the morning guy said no, it wasn't, and charged me $2 for a 200ml glass of water. Luckily that was all I had! At other hotels they will provide a snack if you need to check out early to make a connection.

very good value for money, airport shuttle service is very fast (13 minutes if there is no traffic jam), good location for an overnight stay between two flights, free wifi

information about frequency of airport shuttle service (hourly) is missing, but tourist information desk at the airport is very helpful

The breakfast was incredibly nice, with very nice staff and a huge variety of food. the location was good, with a modest indoor shopping mall nearby.

Very comfortable room, good helpful staff at reception, concierge and housekeeping. Free airport shuttle bus was excellent. food was hit n miss, breakfast was good. Free wifi internet was superb in the room.

Location: ideal for an airport stop over, but for a stay in Sao Paulo i guess that there could be better located hotels. The restaraunt staff seemed to ignore us frequently, don't speak english at all...even the restaraunt manager seemed not bothered about us. Watch out for the hotels arrival policy: check in before 2pm and they ask for more money....persist and they cave in and let you check in whenever. we arrived on an international flight at 09:00hrs and protested the extra charge stating that as an international airport hotel they should expect arrivals 24hours per day and not expect to charge people extra when the rooms are available. it worked, we were able to check into the room at 09:00hrs without paying the extra fee.
